These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KOMO mobile application ("App") provided by KOMO ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
KOMO offers access to advanced study and note-taking features through the KOMO Premium subscription. Available plans include:
Subscriptions are managed and billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
Payments for KOMO Premium subscriptions are processed through your app store provider. You agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected subscription plan. All payments are in US dollars and include applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing cycle ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
All KOMO Premium subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases of technical issues that prevent access to paid features. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, in compliance with Apple and Google’s app store policies. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.
